Limited enrollment was implemented in Fall 2019 for the Computer Science major. If you are a current student at the University of Maryland interested in changing your major to Computer Science please click here. New limited enrollment requirements will be implemented in Fall 2024, and will apply to new freshmen and new transfer students.. CS Degree Requirements: Requirements for the Computer Science Major including the specializations in Cybersecurity and Data Science.

CS Minor Requirements: Ideal for those who don't have time to do a CS degree. Students must submit a Computer Science minor application. The form will be available soon. Computer Engineering and Letters and Sciences students are not eligible for the minor in Computer Science.

Uachieve: Ensure that you are fulfilling your General Education Requirements.
