Ariel Research/3E Company in Bethesda, MD is looking to hire a Data Systems Analyst (internship) for the summer:

Ideal candidate should be able to perform the following:
1) Analyze food regulatory data and create automated processes for loading the data into a central database repository

2) Business, data, systems modeler. Should be able to not only technically develop the models, but also be able to facilitate requirements gathering sessions.

You’ll gain the following skills/experience:
1) Help launch a new product
2) Acquire knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and food safety regulations
3) Work with a fun and dynamic team in downtown Bethesda

Education
Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent

Experience
Minimum 2 years

Specific Skills
- Data manipulation skills using MS Access are a must for this job.
- Experience with Oracle and/or MS SQL is a big plus
- Interest in scientific and regulatory data on environmental and food safety issues
- Critical thinking, analytical, and rapport-building skills are essential

$25/ hour for 3 months, starting immediately
