• First take a deep breath and relax. If you take things in perspective things could be worse and you have a 99.9999% chance you will survive.

  • Let go of any remorse you may feel that you didn’t get it done early. This will only bog you down.

  • If you have been going to the gym or doing something that helps you relax, do not cut it out. That extra hour doesn’t make as big a difference as the time used to relax or not worry.

  • Write down everything that has to be done and make a schedule of when to do it all.

  • If you find yourself done early, take that extra time to relax and rejuvenate for the next day.
