It may be true that the company you are interviewing at has relaxed standards for dress. You may have even been told everyone shows up in jeans and a t-shirt, but that does not mean that you are show up for an interview dressed like everyone else! First impressions are important and even though a company may imply say it’s acceptable to not be dressed up, dressing up more than you would normally shows you are taking the interview seriously. In addition to demonstrating that you are taking the interview seriously, being dressed up can also boost your confidence!

So make sure to wear nice clothes for this situation
