The Department of Health and Human Services, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Silver Spring, Maryland, is currently seeking applicants for hire under the “stay-in-school” program to work in the Office of Antimicrobial Products (OAP).  Employment may be for either part or full time.

 WHO SHOULD APPLY: Students with education and experience working with visual basic in database design and management.  Experience in Microsoft Access is especially desired.

 

LOCATION: This position is located at the new FDA White Oak campus just up from the New Hampshire exit off of the beltway:

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must be enrolled at least half-time or accepted as a degree-seeking student (diploma, certificate, associate, baccalaureate, graduate or professional degree) at a 2 or 4 year college or university, graduate or professional school.  Candidates must be U.S. citizens.

 

SALARY: A competitive salary range is offered from $9.87 per hour up to $13.60 per hour depending on academic level and experience.
