Software Engineers - $100,000+

CCG is seeking a Software Engineer with a passion for web site development to join the Product team and serve as the lead architect. The position has flexible hours that can be home-based or negotiable and will report directly to the CEO. This position will fill a vital role to help build the next-generation system behind social networking, create web applications, and build high volume servers.

Responsibilities:

Develop website and applications using primarily PHP Implement web interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and Javascript

• Code primarily in C/C++, Java and PHP
• Design software components
• Code high-volume ad delivery software using primarily C++ and Java
• Interface with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
• Extend PHP functionality to support our unique requirements

Requirements:

• Computer Science or related field
• Expertise with C++ and/or Java
• Extensive experience building PHP applications and extensions
• Past contributions to the PHP project
• Knowledge of PHP internals and Apache architecture
• Knowledge of perl or PHP or python
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, preferably MySQL and Oracle
• Knowledge developing and debugging in C on Linux
• Experience with operating system internals, filesystems, programming language design, compilers, distributed systems, or server architectures
