As part of Google’s ongoing commitment to encouraging women to excel in computing and technology, we are pleased to host the 2008 Google Workshop for Women Engineers to recognize and reward deserving women students in computer science, and inspire them to become active participants and leaders in creating technology.
The NIST Summer Undergraduate Research (SURF) Fellowship program is for students majoring in science, mathematics, and engineering with at least a 3.0 GPA who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents. UMD participate and the Engineering Co-op & Career Services Office is the point of contact for all majors, not just engineering.
