What you do in this role:
In this key position, you will be responsible for the design and development of enterprise-scale systems.

Your Day to Day Duties:

· Participate in the requirements gathering, design and development of new systems to be incorporated into and improve the existing processing environment.

· Develop enhancements to current solutions.

· Guide group strategy and create action plans and goals.

· Participate in ongoing research and evaluation of new related technologies.

· Exercise your expertise in the software development lifecycle through analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of this system.

· Collaborate with 3-4 team members to identify and implement project solutions.

What you bring with you to the company:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

· Ability to develop solutions in .Net (VB.Net/C#) and or C++ that run in a cross platform environment composing both Windows and Linux environments.

· Candidates that possess extensive knowledge of ASP.net, Win32, and ATL, STL, or COM will also be strongly considered.

· Strong skills in SQL database environments are a must – preferably on SQL 2000/2005.

· Excellent oral, written and computer communication skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

· The nature of the team’s dynamics will require an individual that is able to work closely in a collaborative role with other team members, as well as complete tasks individually as assigned.
